The success story of business service centres (BSCs) in Slovakia is not very well-known. Along with the dominant automotive and electrotechnical industries, BSCs make up a significant part of our economy, represented by 63 companies with over 37,000 employees. Continuous growth of the sector proves that foreign investors are satisfied with Slovakia. Moreover, centres provide young, smart people with the opportunity to build global careers at home, in Slovakia.
Over a decade ago, BSCs in Slovakia started with basic activities, such as processing invoices or handling client records. Gradually, they have grown into some of the most respected in the world, and corporate headquarters are assigning them more demanding tasks.
