THE ADVISORS on the recent privatisation sales of Bratislava and Košice airports, under the lead of Austria's Meinl Bank, will earn almost Sk500 million (€13.16 million) from the deals.
The payments will be calculated not only from the price that the TwoOne consortium offered for the facilities, but also from the amount of money the future owner intends to invest in the airports, the daily SME wrote.
The CAIB-led advisory consortium for the privatization of railway transporter Cargo Slovakia, on the other hand, will earn less than in the case of the airports. The advisory agreement stipulates a fee of 1.35 percent of the final price of the railway carrier.
