SAD Lučenec has received more than Sk33 million (800,000 euro) in orders from state companies without public tender, according to the daily Pravda, which links the contracts to the donation of Sk500,000 (12,000 euro) to coalition party SDKÚ in 2000 by the wife of one of the owners of the firm, Vladimír Dido.
The charges are denied by the company.
"Do not draw politics into our business," said company director Ján Kačán. "I categorically deny that we received any money thanks to political contacts."
The company sells buses to state and private organizations.
