Finance Minister Brigita Schmognerová said she is determined at a cabinet meeting tomorrow to recommend a decision by the FNM state privatisation agency to sell a stake in the Restitution Investment Fund be overturned. Schmognerová said she feared the consortium buying the stake might use its resulting ownership of tiny shares in renowned firms to cause legal problems and extort money from the state.
