A District Court in Bratislava reached an agreement with the prosecution on October 8 on a five-year prison sentence for British citizen Christopher Denning.

Denning, who is charged with a range of sex-related offences, agreed to the sentence at the end of July. His accomplice, Ľudovít C., who was to provide Denning with young men for his exploits, received a two-year suspended sentence.

Denning, a music producer, was accused of producing pornographic materials, fostering child pornography and of endangering morality.

"I was accused of some things which I'm convinced that I'm not guilty of," Denning said after the prosecution announced the result of the agreement, which Denning will not contest.

Denning was soliciting pornographic materials to juveniles and was also producing pornographic films with them that were shot in Bratislava and Germany. He has said previously that the boys who took part in the movies told him that they were over 18 years of age. TASR
