Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Mária Kadlečíková says the European Union’s proposal that candidate countries receive only 25 per cent of the agriculture subsidies that EU states receive is “disadvantageous” for her country, and has recommended that Slovakia band together with its regional neighbours to urge a change in the plan.
