EXPOREAL'98 is an official NARKS event that is being organized for the fourth time by the public relations agency Verte.
The fair was originally oriented specifically on real estate, but in line with Slovakia's economic development, it has expanded to investment
and development companies, financial institutions, small construction companies, designers, architects, appraisers and real estate management firms.
The target group includes people with higher income interested in investing in real estate, company managers and foreign physical persons and firms. The fair aims to increase the transparency of market developments for companies and individuals in the field of real estate.
Visitors to the fair can participate in a professional program based on current issues. The program includes daily seminars from 14:00 to 18:00.
On the fair's first day, the theme will be how to finance the building of flats in Slovakia; on the second day, there will be a discussion about selling and transferring flats to private property; and the last day's program will be about purchasing and managing newly-constructed flats.
The fair's specialist sponsors are also preparing in-depth subjects: experts from the Slovak Society of Architects will advise on interior design,
the Association of Private Construction Firms will make a technical presentation, and the Slovak Union of Towns and Districts will present several up-and-coming Slovak municipalities.
A special program is being prepared for NARKS members. The fair's first day will feature the 2nd NARKS Conference, followed by a talk by an American consultant about "Real Estate Licensing." The subject was chosen as one of the priorities of NARKS members: to bring professionalism to the real estate field and to prevent non-expert activity that lowers trust in the activity of real estate agencies.
The fair will be open daily from 10:00 to 18:00 on the 2nd floor of Dom Kultúry Istropolis in Bratislava; admission tickets are available for symbolic fee of 15 Sk.
