Stanislav Mizík, MP of the far-right People's Party – Our Slovakia (ĽSNS), has been found not guilty for posting an anti-Semitic status on Facebook back in January 2017, the Sme daily reported.

The Supreme Court thus dismissed an appeal submitted by the prosecutor in July 2018, when the Specialised Criminal Court (ŠTS) in Pezinok acquitted Mizik of the charges.
