Ingredients: One kilo of small shrimp, two cans of tomatoes (chopped), one onion, two cloves of garlic and one green pepper (chopped), 250g of feta cheese, parsley, red chilli or paprika; 3/4 cup of olive oil, half a spoon of sugar, salt, fresh pepper.
Preparation: Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil in a frying pan. Then add the tomatoes and green pepper, some salt and pepper, and chilli or paprika. Simmer for a few minutes, then add the shrimp and simmer for a few minutes longer. Top with feta cheese.
