SUPREME COURT Chief Justice Štefan Harabin has said he will not call another sitting of the Judicial Council independent judicial branch authority until the cabinet releases at least Sk5 million ($110,000) for the body's functioning.
Harabin has been in conflict with Justice Minister Ján Čarnogurský for years regarding his controversial verdicts and defence of discredited Supreme Court justices.
