Hungary: Scholarship for Roma graduates

CENTRAL European University in Budapest (CEU), with financial support from the Roma Education Fund, is offering a scholarship for university graduates of Roma ethnicity to participate in a nine-month course to prepare students for postgraduate studies. The course takes place in April-December 2008. After, participants can apply to CEU or another university. The scholarship covers all costs - tuition fees, accommodation, food and travel expenses.

Candidates must be citizens of Roma ethnicity from Central and Eastern European countries who have finished their university studies (preferably in humanities), are interested in postgraduate education, have a pre-intermediate level of English language and wish to work in a multicultural environment in the future.

Deadline for applications: November 15, 2007.
