INTERIOR Minister Vladimír Palko and Defence Minister Juraj Liška have agreed with the head of the Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS), Ladislav Pittner, on disputed aspects of the draft law on intelligence services.
In one change, the draft defines when intelligence members can use undercover IDs.
According to the Slovak daily Pravda, the officials also agreed that the cabinet-proposed legislation be changed so that crimes by intelligence members are not investigated by the SIS, but by a special police unit.
