AN MVK agency poll carried out for the daily SME revealed that approximately 36 percent of employees are satisfied with their work but 45 percent are dissatisfied with their salaries, the daily reported.
According to the survey, 70 percent of respondents said they would go to work when they are sick or they would use their vacation days as sick leave.
Employers provide relatively few benefits to their employees. More than 63 percent said that apart from their normal monthly salary they do not receive a 13 or 14th month's salary, and no contribution to their holiday either.
