Culture Minister Milan Kňažko has attacked MPs after the rejection of laws on public media that his ministry had been preparing for two years.

On November 7 parliament abandoned debate on bills on public service Slovak Television (STV) and Slovak Radio (SRo) which began in June 2001. The bills were supposed to deal with the funding of public media.
