Italian businessman Antonino Vadala, one of the main characters in the last story of the murdered journalist Jan Kuciak, was taken into custody Tuesday morning again. This time, the police arrested him during an international anti-drug action.

Interior Minister Robert Kaliňák resigned from his post two weeks after the murder of Ján Kuciak and Martina Kušnírová, yielding to pressure from opposition and the public. He also faces a criminal complaint accusing him of sabotage.

Last week's protests were the largest since 1989, they are set to continue this Friday again.
