Merrill Lynch invests €37 million near Lozorno

THE INVESTMENT and financial advisory company Merrill Lynch will be investing €37 million (Sk1.4 billion) in a new logistics project named Westpoint in Lozorno near Bratislava.

The project is being developed by the Pinnacle company, which operates in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

The project will include four buildings. Construction on the first began recently, the TASR news agency wrote. The complex should be completed in 2009 and will offer 85,000 square meters for rent, including storage and office space.

The Zipp Bratislava construction company is the general supplier on the project.
