The first two ministries borrowed from the World Bank while the Agriculture Ministry received money from the EU. The Agriculture Ministry campaign is managed by a PR company with close links to the minister or his party.

The Health Ministry has for the past week not been able to explain how the Sk120 million (€3 million) it received will be spent.

Agriculture Ministry spokeswoman Katarína Czajlíková said that from the Sk30 million (€754,000) her sector received Sk8.9 million (€223,000) has already been spent on promoting EU agriculture subsidies to Slovak farmers.
