An MP for the far right opposition Slovak National Party is to be investigated again over comments concerning the country's 400,000 strong Roma population.
Víťazoslav Móric, who last year saw the same case against him in a regional court dropped, is again under investigation, a Bratislava court has decided. The MP, who in the past has been outspoken in some of his comments concerning the Roma, said last year Roma should be "put in reservations" if they cannot integrate into society.
The Attorney General has demanded the case be reopened.
