Prosecutors say the teenagers and a third youth plotted to break out of the centre on the night of September 20 by murdering a guard and stealing his mobile, money, and keys. They had allegedly hidden an iron hook, office scissors and a wooden spike in the toilets as part of their plan. The plot was thwarted when the third youth informed the authorities.

Michal M. and Lukáš Z., who arrived at the detention centre in September on minor offences, face charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
