PAOLO Ruzzini has become the new director general of Slovakia's dominant power producer Slovenské Elektrárne (SE), as of November 1.
"Paolo Ruzzini, who is simultaneously the head of SE’s board of directors, will continue the work of Marco Arcelli, who has led SE since Enel acquired the company in April 2006," SE spokesperson Rastislav Petrech told SITA.
Arcelli will work as the director of strategic development of the Enel group for Central and Eastern Europe. At the same time, he will remain as the deputy chairman of the SE board of directors.
The privatization of a 66-percent stake in SE was completed at the end of April of this year. Enel paid €839 million for the shares.
