Ombudswoman inquires about the experience with the Foreigners’ Police

Foreigners can participate in the survey until November 15.

Have you visited any of the Foreigners’ Police departments in Slovakia and what is your experience with them?

This is what the Office of Ombudswoman Mária Patakyová wants to find out in a recently launched survey.

They ask foreigners to spend a few minutes by filling the questionnaire through which they want to find out more about the conditions at the Foreigners’ Police departments and the approach of police officers.

The questions concern, for example, whether foreigners received any relevant information prior to their visit to the Foreigners’ Police, whether they needed help, what kind of information they received from police officers, how long the respondents waited for the application to be processed, as well as the experience with police officers and the online booking system.
