The Finance Ministry and corporate raiders Penta Group should conclude a bargain next month on the joint sale of their stakes in insurance house Slovenska poistovna. Penta chairman Jaroslav Haščak, who has said the firm will not try to make undue profit on the transaction, has also said he will not sign a contract allowing the state to sell for any price it wants.
