Prosecutor General Milan Hanzel met Prime Minister Mikuláš Dzurinda to hear information on a criminal group, which has reportedly been harming Slovakia's image abroad and particularly the Slovak Democratic and Christian Union (SDKU). Dzurinda has not given any names to the prosecutor, but claims to have written evidence on the group.
The Prime Minister will shortly testify at the General Prosecution about the "criminal group," which according to him pursues "political, power and business interests" trying to undermine the state and his party.
Hanzel explained that he did not visit Dzurinda to question him, but only to get some more information from the prime minister. A special team will investigate Dzurinda's statements.
