Slovakia's top prosecutor has ordered a criminal investigation into the incidents that may have invaded Labour, Social Affairs and the Family Minister Viera Tomanová’s privacy, it was reported on September 5.
General Prosecutor Dobroslav Trnka issued his orders for the Bratislava District V Prosecutor's Office based on the Government's resolution that unethical and unlawful practices may have been used by some members of the media.
The Government recommended Trnka investigate incidents from August 21 and 29 of this year, when an unidentified photographer allegedly climbed over the fence next to Tomanová’s home and drugged her watchdog. TASR
