Later this month, he will hand over the reins to Jean Mouro, 38, who will arrive from the PSA plant in Aulnay, France, where he managed its paint shop. The new director is coming to Trnava at a time when concern has arisen about rolling out a whole new model and introducing a third manufacturing shift.

Lead by Baldeyrou, the Slovak unit completed the factory in Trnava in record time and launched production of the Peugeot 207 model. Employing 3,300 people, the plant is running at peak capacity and achieving outstanding quality attributes within the group, PSA Peugeot Citroen officials say. TASR
