THE CABINET paid PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), its privatisation adviser for the sale of power producer Slovenské elektrárne (SE), Sk557.5 million. The fee was approved by the National Property Fund (FNM) with the agreement of the Economy Ministry.
The fee lowers the state's income from the sale of 66 percent in SE to Sk31.4 billion, the Pravda daily wrote.
The adviser expressed satisfaction with the fee when the privatisation deal was approved. "The reward is proportional to the engagement of not a small team of 30 people who worked on the privatisation for five years," Peter Mitka from PwC said.
