There are two ways of looking at nuclear power. Firstly, it's not worth the risk. Secondly, the uranium would just be lying in the ground giving off radiation anyway so you may as well dig it up and use it.

What does the Slovak nuclear regulatory commission plan on doing with the spent rods?
I don't know if there should be indefinite on-site storage in Europe. Who wants a nuclear waste dump like they have in Nevada?
