The Supreme Court has ruled that a breakaway faction of the far-right opposition Slovak National Party, calling itself the Real Slovak National Party (PSNS), be barred from registering its name; the decision complicates upcoming regional elections where the PSNS has fielded many candidates and taken election commission seats under party leader Ján Slota.
