Enel director Fulvio Conti should today meet with Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico to announce the decision.

Fico expected the decision on the future of Mochovce to be taken by the end of this month. The Slovak government wanted SE to build the third and fourth blocs at Mochovce to compensate for the power shortage that Slovakia will suffer as a result of having to close the V1 reactor bloc at the Bohunice nuclear power plant.
