As presidential spokesman Marek Trubač told the SITA newswire, both presidents will open an international cross-country skiing race on “a trail without borders” on the Slovak side and hand over trophies to the winners of the race. The presidents will use the occasion to talk about current issues concerning bilateral relations between the two countries. "They will talk about issues concerning cross-border cooperation, improving regional communication and energy transmission connections and development of the wider European area," said Trubač.
