The Economy Minister, Ľubomír Harach, has said that the capital assets of state pipelines firm Transpetrol – including a 21.2% stake in steelmaker VSŽ – should be sold off before Transpetrol’s privatisation.
All six interested parties who submitted non-binding bids for Transpetrol are now to carry out due diligence at the state firm and submit binding bids by November 16.
