Slovak grandfather receives birthday wishes from all over the world

A PICTURE of a Slovak man who is turning 100-years-old has received more than 3,500 wishes in several languages after his grandson Peter Holík published his photo on social networks.  

“Today he told me: Most of all I am looking forward to the wishes and congrats,” Holík wrote. “He has no idea what Facebook is. So let´s surprise him by getting him as many likes with comments from as many parts of the world as possible.”

He went on that he will explain the story to him at his Birthday party.

People from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Finland, Australian Syney or  Canadian Vancouver sent him their best wishes, and so far the photo has received over 23,000 "likes".
