The association argues that the first round of the tender wasn’t in line with the law on the emergency services, since the ministry required documentation which they were not authorised to request, such as room rental contracts, the SITA newswire reported.

The ministry believes these claims to be fabricated, its spokesperson Zuzana Čižmáriková said, adding that the ministry is surprised that emergency service providers in that they expressed no disagreement with the same conditions four years ago when they actually received licences through the tender.

The association has been critical of the tender for some time now, as they believe that it was manipulated and that the winning companies do not meet basic requirements.
