JAN Massmann has become the new chairman of the board of directors with gas utility Slovenský plynárenský priemysel (SPP), replacing Ulrich Schoeler as of March 1, the TASR news agency wrote.
Massmann has been a board member since 2002. The change was approved by SPP's general assembly at its session on February 28. In addition to that, two new members of the SPP board were selected - Bernd Wagner and Robert Zadora.
