A CONSORTIUM between Deutsche bank and Gutmann Praha is so far the only party to have indicated interest in forming a joint venture with Slovenská konsolidačná, a special agency for the recovery of billions in bad loans cut out of former state banks as part of a restructuring and privatisation process.
