This summer, the brand 365 will begin beta testing with limited use. At this stage, the company will offer only bank accounts and money transfers, the daily wrote on June 1. A regular operation should be launched in autumn when savings features and smart payments will be added. Services involving loans and mortgages will be offered at a later, unspecified time.

This comes despite the fact that most online banks have so far been unsuccessful in Slovakia. The only one that has lasted in this sector is the mBank.

Clients would also have free management and payment cards, with free cash withdrawals availabe through Poštová Banka ATMs. Deposits will only be availble through transfers, and using other banks for withdrawals or ATM services will be accompanied by a fee. The bank will operate through internet use on mobile phones and computers and hopes to become integrated into the world of fintechs through analyses and consultancies, Hospodárske noviny wrote.
