The pharmaceutical producer Slovakofarma Inc., Hlohovec announced that it will underwrite shares from its October 9 stock issue, which is supposed to increase its registered capital from 1.523 billion Sk by 230.8 million Sk. The current shareholders, except owners of employee shares, have the right of first refusal.
