JAZZ singer Elly Wright from Vienna will give lectures in jazz singing during the summer jazz workshop to be held in Bratislava between June 30 and July 4.

Other instructors include guitarists Matúš Jakabčic and Michal Bugla, singer Peter Lipa, drummers Martin Valihora and Marián Ševčík, saxophonist Ondřej Štveráček, pianists Ľubomír Šrámek and Ondrej Krajňák, bassists Juraj Griglág and Tomáš Bartoš and trumpet player Juraj Bartoš.

Katarína Ovseníková of the Slovak Jazz Society told The Slovak Spectator that the number of lecturers can be increased if interest is high.

The Slovak Jazz Society organises the jazz workshops every year in cooperation with the Bratislava Conservatory.
