Bratislava's Christmas markets are back. Take a look

After a pandemic hiatus, the Slovak capital is hosting a full complement of traditional Christmas markets again.

The traditional Christmas markets opened in Bratislava this past weekend, the first weekend of Advent.

Christmas markets officially began on the evening of November 25, in the central Františkánske Square, marked by the lighting up of a Christmas tree.

The markets on Františkánske Square and Hlavné Square will last until December 22, and will be open from 10:00 to 22:00.
