Bratislava CONCERT: THE "FIRST Reggae Concert" at the Nu Spirit Club in Bratislava will host a famous band of this genre from Poland – Paprika Korps. The six-member group plays a mixture of reggae and dub, seasoned with electronics. In its 14 years of existence, the band has released 5 albums and gigged at many concerts. An after party is hosted by DJ Selecta Cif. The concert, supported by the Polish Cultural Institute, will be held on February 11 at 21:00; tickets cost €7. EXHIBITION: Satyrykon – This exhibition shows caricatures from the festival of cartoons, humour, satire, caricatures and photo-jokes that was founded in 1977 in the Polish town of Legnica. Starting as a local festival, since 1985 it is considered an international event.

CONCERT/AID: Koncert pre Haiti – Popular Slovak musicians, singers and dancers such as Peter Cmorik, Miro Jaroš, Adam Ďurica, Zuzana Smatanová and Mária Čírová, and theatre group ATak perform at a Concert for Haiti to collect funds for the earthquake-stricken nation. The humanitarian event will be hosted by Adela Banášová and Sajfa with special guest, photographer Andrej Bán.

Donovaly

DOGSLED RACING: THE 19th year of Dogsled Racing and the 12th European Championship F.I.S.T.C.: Sprint – Pure-bred breeds is a spectacular event organised for the Valentine Day weekend at the Donovaly mountain pass attracting whole families. It lasts from February 11 to 14 and visitors can watch the animals and their mushers for €5 a day. It is co-organised by Donovaly ski resort, Donly ŠK and MalamutKlub.
