New opportunities to find jobs will be up for grabs at the upcoming Job Fair 2011 that is being organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia (AmCham), to take place in Košice on February 24, the TASR newswire wrote on February 2.
“This event opens up new opportunities to students seeking jobs as well as companies running businesses on the Slovak market. Visitors will be able to obtain first-hand information on many prosperous companies,” reads a statement released by AmCham. According to AmCham, mediating direct contacts between potential employees and employers will help to put a stop to Slovakia’s brain drain. The event will also feature a seminar in which HR experts will give advice on how to write a CV properly and on how to prepare thoroughly for a job interview.
