PRESIDENTIAL candidate Jozef Šesták has turned to the Constitutional Court with a complaint that some of his rivals have already started their presidential campaigns.
The law allows campaigns to start only as early as one month before the elections, which will be held on April 3 this year.
According to Šesták, presidential candidates Foreign Minister Eduard Kukan, Christian Democrat František Mikloško, and Ľubo Roman, the head of the Bratislava greater territorial unit, should eliminate their election posters and ads, the daily SME wrote.
Other candidates, such as former Movement for a Democratic Slovakia member Ivan Gašparovič, for example, have also released election ads.
