The recent replacement of the head of the board of directors of M. R. Štefánik - Airport Bratislava (BTS) has had a positive impact, Prime Minister Robert Fico said on July 8.
"I can feel a great deal of dynamism in decisions made by the Bratislava airport management," said Fico following his inspection of the airport.
Fico, who was joined by Transport Minister Ľubomír Vážny, concentrated mainly on four areas - the construction of a new terminal, the development of cargo transport, repair facilities at the airport, and surrounding infrastructure, the TASR newswire wrote.
Zdenek Schraml, the current head of the airport's board of directors, took up his post on June 20, after the previous general director, Karol Biermann, was dismissed at the general annual meeting. TASR
