Industrial production in April showed seven per cent growth year-on-year, according to Statistics Office data, its highest level in six months.
An annualised increase in exports in the same month also had analysts predicting that economic growth in Slovakia’s main EU trading partners would lead to a turnaround in a worrying trade deficit in the second half of this year.
