Ingredients: 400-500g cod filet, 1dl creme fraiche, 1/2-1 dl (salted) butter, 4-5 tbsp chopped parsley, salt, pepper.
Preparation: Sprinkle salt and pepper on the fillet and place it in a greased pan in the oven (200°) and cook for appr. 10 minutes. Melt butter and add creme fraiche in a saucepan while stirring, then add parsley, salt and pepper. Serve with boiled potatoes or butter fired potatoes, carrots and snow peas and/or asparagus, and parsley sauce.
