As one of the first employees of The Slovak Spectator, I had the privilege to witness first-hand the hours, thought and dedication which went into launching and sustaining this publication.
The confidence and excitement of the first advertisers who helped the first and subsequent issues to make it to press were much appreciated.
To Rick, Richard, "Boomer" and Dan, thank you for going out on the limb to create something new.
We dreamed of the first issue, and then of the first anniversary. Now to see the Tenth Anniversary issue is terrific.
To the ever-growing team, here's to another 10 years of open and independent reporting.
