Rusko also fears some attempts to discredit him as a result of his activities linked to the privatisation of the company. He says he has information showing that his opponents are seeking people willing to claim they had bribed him.

Jozef Kojda, President of the national privatisation agency FNM, denies Rusko's claims about irregularities in the privatisation of PPC.

"If Rusko has such information, he is ought to turn to the police," he said.

PPC was founded in 1996 and the FNM controls 90 percent of its stock. The registered capital is worth Sk600 million (€14.68 million).
