February 5, at 7:30 in Mareena Community Centre (Lazaretská 32).

Start your day with a relaxing morning yoga session at Mareena, led by instructor Marietta. Designed for both beginners and the more experienced, this gentle practice will help you slow down, embrace the present moment, and ease into the workday and upcoming weekend.

The lesson starts at 7:30, but make sure to come at least 10 minutes earlier to be ready to start on time. Yoga lessons will be conducted in English. Fill out this form to secure your spot.
