1. Natural crater at Liptovský Ján
Liptovský Ján, for many an unknown village of the Liptov region, hides thermal streams with healing water. A natural crater called Kaďa among the locals is a favourite place to relax. The temperature of the water is about 20 degrees Celsius.
2. Natural pool at Kalameny
Many know of the famous bath of Lúčky near the Liptovská Mara dam. The neighbouring village of Lúčky offers bathing in a natural pool formed by a thermal stream. The water temperature of the small lake nearby is about 33 degrees Celsius.
3. Natural crater at Vyšné Ružbachy
The village of Vyšné Ružbachy is also known for its thermal streams with healing water. A large pond with name Crater is the biggest of its kind and measures 20 metres in diameter and three metres in depth. The temperature of the water is about 24 degrees Celsius but be careful, bathing in the crater is officially forbidden.
