A DISTRICT court in Bratislava on June 16 ruled that the defendants in the case of the murder of student Daniel Tupý are innocent. Richard H., who was charged with the murder, and another four men charged with causing harm to the victim were found not guilty after a trial which – according to the prosecutor – ended due to a lack of evidence, the SITA newswire reported.

ECHR: Slovakia owes Lawyer Partners

THE EUROPEAN Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has delivered a written judgment in the case of Lawyer Partners, A.S. v. Slovakia on June 16.
